Hi, I’m Elisa
I’m an Organisational and Social Psychologist with a background in Account and Project Management in organisational settings.
I am most passionate and driven by researching, designing, and implementing solutions in inclusion, leadership, and change.
My Professional Journey
For over five years, I have served as the primary point of contact, overseeing the management and implementation of end-to-end programmes corporations on a national and multinational level in North and South America. Complementing this hands-on experience, I pursued a Master’s Degree in Organisational and Social Psychology at the London School of Economics, which deepened my ability to conduct rigorous research and analysis in an organisational setting. I am now seeking a role that utilises methodology and rigour to design, develop, and implement new strategies for real world challenges.

Passionate about Qualitative Research
I’m passionate about addressing social issues, a drive that has shaped my academic journey. I have delved into theory to understand the nuances of human dynamics, behaviours, and interactions, in order to develop solutions and interventions to navigate complex problems.
Data Leverager
Using methodology and rigour to inform
My academic background has equipped me with the ability to conduct thorough literature reviews, develop rigorous and well-founded methodological strategies, and translate complex ideas into accessible language to inform solution design and maximise impact.
Project Manager
Experienced in spearheading large-scale solutions
I have managed resources, identified and mitigated risks, and developed comprehensive timelines for success. I have worked with small yet dynamic teams to deliver high-quality solutions by fostering clear communication and leveraging each team member’s strengths.
Research
I love making sense of the world around us
I love diving into data to figure out the threads and themes that pop up. Whether it’s delving into research insights and crafting a presentation for a client or simply synthesizing team agreements and next steps to steer a project, it’s all in a day’s work.
